On behalf of our new Client, Scalors is looking for a Team Lead/Architect to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine on a full-time basis.

Requirements:

• You have a clear understanding of why you want to be a manager and what makes you stand out from the crowd;
• You can discuss technical implementations and architectures with our senior developers at eye level;
• You have experience in and enjoy agile software development and are able to pass on your knowledge to your team members;
• You are familiar with current technologies;
• Your personal strengths include the ability to work in a team, communication skills and organizational abilities;
• Microservices, Cloud, Event-Driven Programming, Streaming-based data processing/Pipelining, Angular, PWA, Caching-strategies;
• Web-Components, JavaScript, HTML5, Typescript;
• Java, Oracle, Postgres, REST, Apache Kafka, Apache Camel, Quarkus;
• AWS, Docker, Gitlab, Junit.

Responsibilities:

As a team lead in product development you are responsible for a remote development team for one of our products. You will coordinate intensively with our Head of Development in order to ensure cross-product synergies and standards. In addition, you will be intensively involved in the technical orientation of the product landscape and in the continuous improvement of the development processes.
