On behalf of our Client, Scalors is looking for Support employee for individual eCommerce software (m/f/d) to join our client’s team.

Support new and existing customers

As an employee in the support area, you will support our new and existing customers with all questions relating to our individual software solutions. You will work closely with software development and our IT system administration. You are the first point of contact for technical requirements of our customers and the pharmaceutical manufacturers, you analyse these and work out solutions, and you also help with any problems with our software components. You competently answer questions about the operation of our shops and B2B solutions for our constantly growing number of customers.

You analyse errors on the systems and work out solutions for our customers together with the specialist departments. Your tasks include customising configurations and, in the case of programming errors, you will find a solution together with the development department and help with troubleshooting. Through your work, you are in close contact with customers and contribute directly to customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 

• Very good technical understanding.
• Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• A high level of teamwork.
• High level of analytical thinking and a quick grasp of things.
• Knowledge of e-commerce and B2B applications desirable.
• SQL, Java and/or Angular knowledge for analysis is an advantage.
• You approach problems in a structured manner and have a high level of quality awareness.
• You always have your finger on the pulse of the times, you are well-informed and you like to initiate new topics and ways of thinking.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT support.

Responsibilities:

• 1st and 2nd level support for individual B2B applications.
• Initial analysis of stack trace and transfer to development.
• Close cooperation with 3rd level support.
• Automation knowledge for recurring support activities.
• Telephone consultation.
• Identification of operating and process errors.
• Close cooperation with our development and system administration teams.
• Cooperation with our project managers and sales.
• Carrying out technical training on our products.
• Documenting and optimizing our internal team processes.
