For our client we are looking for a Head of Development to join the fast-growing startup.

Our client is a young international company with its headquarter in the heart of Hamburg and a development center in Athens. The company’s core business is the technical conception, architecture and implementation of software projects in the iGaming industry. The Dynamic and innovative team specializes in development of sustainable marketing strategies and best-of-breed solutions.

Requirements:
• You already have good management experience in a position comparable to CTO or technical lead
• You are an integrative leader with an analytical, strategic way of thinking and a hands-on mentality
• You want to work in a young, dynamic team
• You have excellent communication skills and organizational talent
• You have excellent English skills
• You are team player
• You are actively involved in agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban etc.
• You have good hands-on experience with .net, PHP, and vue.js
• You are well versed in the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• You have experience in planning and project management

Responsibilities:
- Lead our remote development team
- Guide the technical infrastructure
- Guide the strategic development together with our team of Product Owners
- Manage and expand the development team
- Get things done.
